Bobby Jon, is it safe to say that you have gone from one of the strongest tribe members (getting the immunity necklace) to being one of the weakest (not post in the last two challenges)?

Ashlee, has anyone stepped up as leader yet?

Willard, do you wish people stepped up more in the challenge/

Stephenie, do you fear being sat out tonight targets you as a weaker link?

I think that Kim has proven to be quite the competitor. Even though I had a lot of posts, she still beat me.

Tom, is it disappointing only three of your eight members got a point?

Its disappointing but sometimes thats just the way it goes. Coby did a great job in his round and Willard and I both won our rounds and did our part.

Gregg did a fantastic job in the challenge. Who posts nearly 600 times and still loses? He had an uphill battle on that one and he put in more than enough effort to try and get that point for us.

Ashlee held her own and maybe that round could have eventually come around in our favor, but again good effort.

Caryn, Bobby Jon's, and Janu's rounds could have given us the advantage, but none of them posted. Caryn initially wanted to sit out and stated she already had plans for the two days of the challenge, so if blame is go around, its not her fault.

There were no messages in camp from either Bobby Jon or Janu to let the tribe know what would prevent them from participating.

I hope this vote lights a fire under some feet. You can't get to the end of a game if you have poor performances and end up having to vote someone out each round.

I have no excuse, but my child had an accident. Since I have three kids I have to take things day by day and some days I may not be able to help :\ I will try to warn my tribe next time.

I wouldn't say anyone has stepped up as leader yet, I think it's a good idea if someone said up front that they wanted to tho.

Clearly, but I'm not worried about Ulong I am instead worried about Koror and who we should be voting out to make this tribe better.
